About Us
ILGA Oceania is the Australasia, Aotearoa New Zealand and Pacific arm of ILGA (International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association) the Geneva based, 1500+ member parent association, soon to be celebrating its 40th Anniversary. ILGA Oceania was registered in 2014 and provides a much needed voice that was missing in the human rights struggle in the Pacific!
Conference History
Our 1st Regional Conference was in Darwin 2014, 2nd was in Wellington 2016 and, 3rd in Apia Samoa August 2018, the first time ever ILGA was featured in a Pacific setting in a historic event!
